A few fun facts about Peakview Tower...
We're right next to Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre.

This summer, artists such as Jason Aldean, Dave Matthews Band, Mumford & Sons, Florida Georgia Line and Lynyrd Skynyrd will visit Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre. The summer line-up is always excellent, and parking is free for our building tenants. We're also just one block west of Interstate 25 and the Arapahoe light rail station.

We offer a 1,655 sq. ft conference room for a minimal hourly fee.

Tenants can reserve the building conference room free of charge for team meetings, company events, training, etc. The room contains a full coffee bar, conference phone, wireless internet access, a projector & screen and holds a maximum capacity of 104 people.

You can look at the mountains while you run.

Our building fitness center offers treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines and kettle bells, along with a beautiful view of the mountains! So bring your workout to the office. And don't worry, we have locker rooms with showers that you can freshen up in afterwards.

We have food trucks that come onsite 2-3 times per week.

We have delicious food trucks come almost daily to our building to serve food. They park on the north side of the building ear the flagpoles.
