Security Guards

We have security guards stationed Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 

​They are here to welcome you, help you with directions or questions and most importantly, keep you safe. 

Light Rail Access from Building

Travel is made easy, as Peakview Tower is located just one block west of Interstate 25 and the Arapahoe light rail station. 

Starbucks, Five Guys Burgers, Tokyo Joes and other quick spots are within walking distance, so you can grab a coffee or a bite to eat after work before catching a ride home.

Food

There is also a food delivery service called Foodsby that allows you to place an order from two to three daily featured restaurants. Your food will be delivered in time for lunch.

 

We have a tenant cafe coming soon which will be located in the lobby.

Peakview Tower offers a variety of parking options, including surface, rooftop and covered parking. Reserved covered parking spots are available as well.
